1.1 Technology introduction
When organic waste is biodegraded inside an anaerobic digester, methane-rich biogas and a stabilized digestate are produced. Many organic materials can be used as a feedstock for AD processes. Multiple organic materials can be combined in one digester, a practice called co-digestion. Co-digested materials include manure; food waste (i.e., processing, distribution and consumer generated materials); energy crops; crop residues; and fats, oils, and greases (FOG) from restaurant grease traps, and many other sources. Each organic material has individual chemical and physical properties that impact the digestibility of the material, biogas production, and biogas quality (methane content).The biogas is discharged from the top of the tank for collection, and the fermented residue flows into the digestion liquid temporary storage system through the bottom discharge port. The fermentation tank is equipped with an external sleeve heat exchanger that circulates and heats the materials to ensure that the digestion temperature inside the tank remains stable. Use a cooling tower to cool the materials. The anaerobic digestion system also takes into account the control of high temperatures during extreme summer temperatures.2.2Product Outstanding

- Sand discharge design: The flow field design, discharge port position, and discharge method can effectively remove sand and gravel inside the tank, and the tank can operate normally for 10 years without the need for tank cleaning
- Multi level overvoltage protection: pressure sensing, high and low pressure protectors, tank top protection plate pressure relief protection, etc
- High heat exchange efficiency: The stainless steel casing outside the tank is used for heat exchange, and the slurry circulation inside the tank is used for heat exchange. The temperature rise and fall are controlled in two phases, and the daily control accuracy can reach ± 1 ºC
- The whole fermentation process is checked and monitored by the variables feed and discharge flows, pH-value, temperature and levels.Implement automatic control
